Chandra Karina is a Partner of the Firm. Prior to founding the Firm she had worked in one of the leading and largest law firms in Jakarta for more than a decade, in which she was the key personnel and projects leader for its energy and infrastructure practice. She later joined a boutique firm in Jakarta as a partner, where she was in charge for its infrastructure and corporate commercial practice.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia, majoring in international law and later obtained her master degree from the Faculty of Law, National University of Singapore. Chandra’s main practice areas involve energy and infrastructure, including in Public Private Partnership (PPP) projects in various sectors from electricity and transportation to water and waste management, general corporate, mining, labour law, acquisition, joint venture, debt restructuring, capital market, project finance, e-commerce, foreign direct investment and financial and technology law.

Nur Cahyo is a Partner of the Firm. He has leads the firm’s litigation practice. He is also a human capital expert.
Prior to founding the firm, he has been a widely recognized industrial relation expert and legal practitioner in major multinational companies in Indonesia for almost two decades. He graduated from the Faculty of Law University of Padjajaran, and later obtained his master degree from the Faculty of Law University of Indonesia.
He joined Astra group in early 2000s and for more than a decade, was assigned to several of the group’s subsidiaries, where he gained extensive and valuable experiences in industrial relation (including in industrial relation dispute settlement), legal and negotiation skills.
He later gained another experiences in banking and sharia law, after joining one of the largest sharia bank in Indonesia.
His notable clients currently are PT Indonesia Asahan Aluminium (Persero), PT Bukit Asam, Tbk, PT Gunung Madu Plantations and PT Pelita Air Service.
He is one of the Indonesian prominent employment lawyers, and recently has led our litigation team in representing major companies in industrial relation courts in Jakarta and Bandar Lampung, with a favorable results, where the clients respectively has won the cases.
